In what situations I can ask for return and refund or exchange?
1. The item you received was not the item you ordered.
2. The item you received was defective or damage during delivery.
3. The sizing does not suit you. In this case, you can ask for exchange, but in case we do not have the sizing you need, we shall arrange for a refund to you after receiving your return.
In what case the refund will not be granted?
As stated in our Policy, in view of you have not tried the real product on site, we provide this convenience to make sure you are satisfied with what you have purchased from us as a genuine buyer. But if the product you returned shows the sign of it has been heavily used, we will reject the application. If you decided to return the product to us, please keep the product the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
And shipping charge is not refundable with the exception of defective or damaged product during delivery.
Why it takes longer time for credit card payment to process for a refund?
Because the host of our credit card facilities located in the USA, it takes a longer period for them to transfer the fund collected from you during the purchase to us and we therefore need a longer time to process your refund.
